Because services offered by Stan Brown are professional, time-based, and educational in nature, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

 

Individual Sessions

Fees paid for individual sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has been scheduled, the time is reserved exclusively for the client, and preparation for the session begins in advance.

Late cancellations or missed sessions (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.

 

Packages

Fees paid for multi-session packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions may expire according to the terms of the package and are not transferable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

 

Workshops

Workshop fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by Stan Brown. Because workshop capacity is limited and preparation is required, refunds are not provided for non-attendance.

 

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that Stan Brown must cancel a scheduled session, the client will be offered the option to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time or receive a full refund for any prepaid session.

In some circumstances, and at Stan Brown’s discretion, additional session time may be offered as a courtesy to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the cancellation. Any additional time offered will be limited to a maximum of 45 minutes, provided in 15-minute increments, and does not constitute an entitlement, ongoing obligation, or precedent.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, credits, or other accommodations may be granted at the sole discretion of Stan Brown in cases of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances. Any such exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy or establish prec
